Appointment & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in a $30 +GST cancellation fee.

  • Direct Billing Services: Direct billing to your Extended health care provider is an additional service we provide to ease your payment for our services. (Photo ID is required). If there are issues with your insurance, payment for the session will be required, and we’ll provide an invoice for reimbursement. For questions about your benefits or coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly for details regarding your plan.

Canada Life: Please be advised that direct billing services are currently unavailable, and manual claim submissions are not eligible for reimbursement.

  • Motor Vehicle Accidents: We also accept MVA claims once approved. Documents are required and must be provided prior to treatment; please contact us for more information.

  • Student Therapist Massage: Services provided by our student therapists are non-claimable for insurance claims. We offer 50% off all appointments booked with our students.

RMT Jubenell Backiawan is a Registered Massage Therapist with a nursing background and years of experience in compassionate client care. Trained at ACMT Lloydminster, she completed her Spa Practitioner and Massage Therapy programs with honors and continues to advance her skills, including Thai Pha Khao Ma massage.

Jubenell specializes in deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, kinetic massage, Thai foot reflexology, geriatric and pediatric massage, and effective tissue manipulation. Her goal is to help clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being through personalized, high-quality treatments.
